TIM GOOSTREE, Listing Agent

Tim is an owner/agent of Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri.  He has been a licensed real estate agent since November of 1997.  In addition to being a REALTOR, Tim has been in the construction industry for 24 years specializing in high-end custom homes.  He has also been in land development for 10 years.  He is a partner in a 300-acre subdivision known as Arbor Hills with homes ranging from $300,000 to $3,000,000.  Tim has recently received the Luxury Home Specialist designation from Keller Williams International.

MELISSA ANNIS, Team Office Mgr

Melissa has been in real estate since June of 1997.  She was named the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS'  2007 REALTOR Of The Year.  The previous year she was the recipient of the 2006 REALTOR Spirit Award.   Melissa also brings a background of 6 years with CFI working in marketing and public relations.   

JEN SMITH, Buyer's Agent

Jen has been a licensed REALTOR since March 2004.  She was the Ozark Association of REALTORS' REALTOR Spirit Award recipient for 2007.  She is a member of the Young Professional Network at the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce, the 2009 Program Committee Chair for the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS, a member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, and the Regional representative for the Keller Williams ALC.
